BeROVER – Affiliate Commission Agreement

1. Purpose

This Affiliate Commission Agreement (“Agreement”) defines the terms under which BeROVER collaborates with influencers (“Affiliate”) to promote its platform and services in exchange for performance-based commissions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or participating in the BeROVER affiliate program, the Affiliate confirms that they:

• Have read and understood this Agreement

• Accept all terms and conditions

• Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Affiliate Tracking

• Each Affiliate will receive a unique referral link or code

• Only verified registrations tracked through this link/code will be eligible for commissions

• Any fraudulent activity or manipulation will result in immediate termination

4. Commission Structure

• The Affiliate will receive a 20% commission on each validated registration to BeROVER under the following account types:

Organizer Account

Seller Account

• A registration is considered valid only when:

The user signs up

The account is verified and approved by BeROVER

• Payments are processed on a monthly basis

• A minimum payout threshold may apply

• Canceled, fraudulent, or duplicate accounts are not eligible for commission

5. Affiliate Obligations

The Affiliate agrees to:

• Promote BeROVER honestly and professionally

• Provide accurate and non-misleading information

• Respect BeROVER’s brand image

• Clearly disclose sponsored content (#ad, #sponsored)

• Avoid spam or unethical marketing practices

6. Content Guidelines

• Content must not be illegal, misleading, or harmful

• BeROVER may request modification or removal of non-compliant content

• The Affiliate must follow all social media platform rules

7. Intellectual Property

• The Affiliate retains ownership of their content

• BeROVER may request usage rights for marketing purposes (with consent)

8. Term & Termination

• This Agreement remains valid until terminated by either party

• BeROVER may terminate immediately in case of violation

•Valid commissions earned before termination remain payable

9. Confidentiality

The Affiliate agrees not to disclose confidential information such as:

• Commission structure

• Business strategies

• Internal platform data

10. Liability

• The Affiliate is responsible for their content and actions

• BeROVER is not liable for Affiliate activities

11. Modifications

BeROVER reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Affiliates will be informed of major changes.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable laws where BeROVER operates.

13. Acceptance

By joining the BeROVER Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees to all terms stated above.
