1.1 beROVER is an outdoor exploration and community platform designed for activities across Algeria, including but not limited to hiking, camping, trekking, cycling, trail running, road trips, desert exploration, beaches, forests, mountains, and other outdoor adventures.

The App may provide:

• Maps and navigation tools
• Trail and location information
• Live location sharing
• Outdoor listings and recommendations
• Community content and services

All information provided through the platform is for general informational purposes only.

1.2 You understand and agree that:

• Information available on beROVER may contain inaccuracies, outdated details, incomplete data, or user-submitted errors.
• Trails, routes, campsites, roads, beaches, mountains, deserts, and outdoor locations in Algeria may change due to weather, erosion, construction, wildfires, flooding, government restrictions, private property, or other real-world conditions.
• Navigation systems, GPS signals, maps, and live location sharing may fail, be delayed, or become inaccurate due to poor network coverage, device limitations, technical bugs, or third-party services.
• Outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Illness
  • Falls
  • Heat exposure
  • Dehydration
  • Wildlife encounters
  • Sandstorms
  • Floods
  • Fires
  • Vehicle accidents
  • Getting lost
  • Property damage
  • Death

1.3 You are solely responsible for:

• Verifying routes, locations, and safety information independently
• Checking weather and local conditions
• Carrying appropriate equipment and supplies
• Ensuring you have the necessary physical condition, experience, and preparation for any activity
• Respecting Algerian laws, protected natural areas and private property regulations

1.4 beROVER does not replace professional guides, emergency services, official maps, or safety equipment. You use the platform entirely at your own risk.

2.1 beROVER may provide GPS navigation, route guidance, trail information, and live location sharing based on available mapping and third-party data sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, availability, completeness, or real-time validity of any information displayed in the App.

2.2 You acknowledge that:

• Navigation routes may be incorrect or unsafe
• Trails may no longer exist
• Roads may be blocked or inaccessible
• Mobile network coverage in Algeria may be limited or unavailable in remote areas
• Live location sharing may stop functioning unexpectedly

You must always rely on your own judgment and use backup navigation methods whenever necessary.

2.3 The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, bug-free operation, or permanent availability of any feature.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, beROVER disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of maps, trails, or listings
• Continuous availability of the Service
• Security or error-free functionality

We do not guarantee that the platform will meet your expectations or operate without interruptions, delays, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, beROVER, its owners, developers, affiliates, partners, moderators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Outdoor activities or travel
• Injuries, accidents, or death
• Navigation or mapping errors
• Incorrect listings or recommendations
• GPS inaccuracies
• Live location failures
• Loss of data or content
• Device damage
• Unauthorized access to accounts
• User interactions or meetups
• Reliance on inaccurate or outdated information

Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk.

5.1 beROVER may allow users to upload:

• Trails
• Photos
• Reviews
• Outdoor listings
• Community Photos
• Other content (“User Content”)

5.2 You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by uploading content to beROVER, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use
• Display
• Reproduce
• Modify
• Translate
• Promote
• Distribute

such content in connection with the platform, social media, marketing, and promotional materials.

5.3 You are solely responsible for your User Content and confirm that:

• You own the rights to the content or have permission to share it
• Your content does not violate Algerian law
• Your content does not infringe third-party rights
• Your content is not defamatory, abusive, illegal, misleading, or harmful

5.4 We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or may harm the community or the Platform.

By using beROVER, you agree not to:

• Share false or dangerous information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Upload illegal, violent, hateful, or explicit content
• Promote unsafe outdoor practices
• Violate protected natural areas or environmental laws
• Use the App for unlawful activities
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Platform

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7.1 Certain information may be publicly visible to other users, including:

• Username
• Profile photo
• Bio
• Uploaded trails
• Reviews
• Posts
• Public activity

7.2 You are responsible for managing your privacy settings and deciding what information you share publicly.

8.1 The platform may contain:

• Advertisements
• Embedded maps
• External links
• Third-party services
• Social integrations

These services are not owned or controlled by beROVER.

8.2 We are not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security, or practices of third-party services or websites.

Your interactions with third-party services are entirely at your own risk.

beROVER may allow downloading offline maps and trail data.

You acknowledge that:

• Offline maps may be incomplete or outdated
• Real-world conditions may differ from downloaded data
• Offline functionality may fail due to software or device issues
• Emergency services may not be accessible in remote areas

You are responsible for carrying appropriate backup navigation tools and safety equipment.

10.1 beROVER may offer premium features, subscriptions, sponsored content, or advertisements.

10.2 We are not responsible for claims made by advertisers or third-party partners.

10.3 We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any paid feature at any time without prior notice.

Refunds are provided only where required by applicable law.

While we implement reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection of user data or uninterrupted storage.

We are not responsible for:

• Data loss
• Deleted content
• Corrupted files
• Unauthorized access
• Security breaches caused by third parties

Users are encouraged to maintain backups of important content.

beROVER shall not be held liable for failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters
• Extreme weather
• Wildfires
• Floods
• Government restrictions
• Internet outages
• Power failures
• Armed conflict
• Civil unrest
• Pandemics
• Failures of third-party providers

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

Updated Terms become effective immediately upon publication within the platform or on our official platforms.

Your continued use of beROVER after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria.

Any disputes relating to these Terms or the use of BeRover shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Algerian courts.
